It's a simple Windows application which, as the name states, it can limit the amount of time spent by a child on the computer and can also block certain websites or programs from being accessed. Installing the program is one simple process, thanks to the step by step wizard. When initially running the program, one will be asked to enter a password which will be used for locking and controlling the program's settings. Without this password, children won't be able to temper with the application's settings.

After completing this step, the parent can start configuring the program. As such, he can select the type of restriction that will be imposed by the program, either daily or session limited. After exceeding these limits, the computer can be set to automatically lock itself or to shut down. The user can configure Romaco Timeout to display a warning message at a certain amount of time before the limit occurs, so that the child doesn't lose the information he is working on. Besides that, the program can be set to start together with Windows.
